01Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Your Texas Realtor services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
02Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use our services. Accounts are opened by our team by invitation only. By using our services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
03Account security
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
04Our services
Your Texas Realtor provides the following services:
- Withdrawals to a bank account you nominate. Each request is reviewed and must be approved before funds are deducted and sent.
- Fixed-term savings plans. Funds are held until the plan’s maturity date.
- Loans, subject to eligibility and approval, repaid in equal monthly instalments.
- Payment cards issued to eligible customers.
Transfers between customer accounts are not offered. All transactions are subject to our daily and monthly limits, to identity verification and to applicable law. The full rules for each service are set out on our About page.
05Identity verification
To comply with anti-money laundering requirements, we verify the identity of every customer (KYC) before enabling savings plans, loans and higher transaction limits. You agree to provide accurate and current information and genuine documents.
06Limitation of liability
Your Texas Realtor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, except where applicable law does not permit such a limitation.
